Default Dena Bank Online Complaint

I have a complaint for failed ATM transactions against Dena Bank so I want to register my Complaint through online so please can you give me the procedure to register Online Complaint for the Dena Bank and provide me the page where I can Complaint?

My name is shantibhai m prajapati my ac no :018610010205 mundra branch-kutch .last one month my ATM card is not working so i requist to you pls the check the my ATM status & clear problems.

this is refrance for may account CC A/c 085513001259 branch code 0855 branch buneli , I have cash tranjacton between 10 juneto 6 july till date But my cash tranjection has debitad 70000/- ( seventy thousend rs. ) I am not understand why debited this amount so please clear my quary.

hello sir,
I am Nitin Bhosale. I have a complaint for failed ATM Transaction against dena bank. My 4000 rs amount was deducted so i want this amount as early as possible.

Dear Sir,
Sub: attitude of your staff towards the clients and higher-ups.

First off all I feel sorry that I am not disclosing my identity because you must be aware of the callous attitude of your staff towards the customers and more particularly when a customer make complaint then all the staff working at counter start misbehaving with him and the manager has to interfere again and again and get insulted along with the customer in the hands of the counter staff.
I wish to bring to your kind notice the incident which I witnessed on 16.09.2015 at your zonal office at Ahmedabad. I went to the ZO regarding some query to get it resolved that your branch could not due to the non co operative attitude of the staff at branch ( even the peon refused to bring voucher to manager). It was about 5.30 in the evening. I entered and went to the first floor which is actually 4th floor. At the age of 60 I could not board the lift it was occupied by people. I reached the floor and tried to enter the office but I was shocked to see a herd of people who were shouting slogans against the management and some r a gupta dzm. I was not allowed to enter the office by the people including females which I come to know were staff of your bank. One person having moustaches ( later on one of your staff told that he was some bankam bhai) was shouting unsparingly to the management and calling the people not to support any officer either at branch or at other office and also not to extend any co operation in bank business.
On hearing this I understood the reason of the attitude of branch counter staff who are clerks that they never extend co operation to clients and create situations that client gets away and no new client come to your bank. On learning this I have also shifted my plan to provide additional business to your bank though your manager request time and again for business and try to provide services in person but what about the normal circumstances when Manager is not available. In view of the indifferent and workshirker attitude of your counter staff that is supported by the so called leaders of union, I along with some of my friends decided to make awareness in the public against such attitude of your staff and beware of your staff.
I, further, wish to inform you that during 35 years of my services in Govt Dept I have never observed such an unruly herd of people who call them as bank staff. These are making demonstration within office premises which is considered the punishable offence under govt guidelines but your executives at Ahmedabad are not taking exception to this. One tea toddler told that the main person shouting is a director of the bank also and the management is very submissive to his misdoings. If a director of a bank is behaving like this then the god is the only authority to save your bank.
I am sorry that I have taken so much time of yours but it really pained me so I have written this to you in the hope that being CMD of the bank you can control such unruly behaviour of your counter staff and particular their leader.
