As you asking for getting the job of Lecturer after completing MBA in HR and Retail let me tell you that you may get a job in the private colleges easily but as per my knowledge its hardly to find .

if you wanted to get the job in Government colleges then you may apply for the UGC –Net Examination that are for the Lecturer Post conducted by CBSE twice in a year. but I am confused why you searching jobs in a teaching field you may get a job on a good pay scale of the MNCS for the post of HR Manager that is Most reputed Post as per my knowledge .
And if you not interested in that then you may go for the UGC _Net Examination . the Some important Eligibility criteria for the Examination is given below:
Candidate applying should be Indian citizen.

. A post graduation degree from any UGC recognized university.

. Minimum of 55 percent marks in post graduation.

SC/ST candidates need 50 percent marks.

. Final year students can also apply.
But final year students should submit degree within 2 years.

You should select NET subject which is related to your PG course.

. The age limit for JRF is 28 years.

. There is 3 years relaxation for OBC.

. SC/ST candidates get 5 years relaxation.

. There is no upper age limit if the candidate is applying for college lectureship.

. There is no restriction of number of attempts for NET.
