Renu.. about fee structure i am not sure but can help you in the process of application form. The Application forms can be obtains by the post offices and those candidates who want to appear in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology stream, (PCMB group) have to submit additional demand draft of Rs 50/- in favour of "Controller of examination, JCECEB" payable at Ranchi as additional exam fee additional exam fee. In case of such candidate must write their name, application form no on the back side of demand draft. If they did not submit required fee, the board will treat him/her as PCB group candidate and he/she will not be allowed to appear in Mathematics paper examination.

and here is the dates

Commencement of sale of Application-Forms: 11.02.2011
Last date of sale of Application-Forms: 26.02.2011
Last date for receipt of Completed Application-Forms: 05.03.2011
Date of the Examination: 03.04.2011

Default Re: Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination(marginal meaning)

Marginal meaning is fail. See below comment from telegraph.
"
Ranchi, May 6: The result of this year’s matriculation examination will be declared on May 9. And following the CBSE model, grades, along with their descriptions, will replace marks. It will be a five-point grading structure.

Shaligram Yadav, the chairman of Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) that conducts the examination, said this today.

Moreover, the pass percentage has been increased to 33 from 30. “We have removed the word fail and instead, will use the term marginal,” said Yadav. He added that students would not be awarded any division.

The five-point grading structure will be as follows: 80 per cent and above (A+, excellent), 60 to 80 per cent (A, very good), 45 to 60 per cent (B+, good), 33 to 45 per cent (B, average) and below 33 per cent (C, marginal).
