Default National Eligibility Test eligibility criteria

I want to give the exam of National Eligibility Test so for that I need to get the eligibility criteria so can you please provide me that as it is very urgent for me?

As you want to get the eligibility criteria of exam of National Eligibility Test so here is the information of the same for you:

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masterís Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities (including languages) and Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test. The Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Persons with disability (PWD) category candidates who have secured at least 50% marks (without rounding off) in Masterís degree or equivalent examination are eligible for this Test.

Candidates who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Masterís degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited OR candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this Test. However, such candidates will be admitted provisionally and shall be considered eligible for award of JRF/Assistant Professor eligibility only after they have passed their Masterís degree examination or equivalent with at least 55% marks

The Ph.D. degree holders whose Masterís level examination had been completed by 19th September, 1991 (irrespective of date of declaration of result) shall be eligible for a relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks (i.e., from 55% to 50%) for appearing in NET.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layer)/PWD category are required to submit attested copy of the category Certificate along with online printout of their Application Forms (obtained while applying on-line).

I am planning to give the National Eligibility Test (NET) and for this I am looking for the details of this exam. Will you provide me all eligibility details about this exam and also provide me important dates related to this exam which is going to be held in this year?

On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education taken the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 28th June 2015 (SUNDAY) for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian universities and colleges.

Eligibility:

Those who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Masterís Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC.

Those who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Masterís degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this test.

Important Dates:

AS this year the dates were gone you can apply for the same next year

Online Form Submission 16th April 2015
Last date for Applying Online & generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee.
15th May 2015
Last date of submission of Fee through online generated Bank Challan, at any branch of (SYNDICATE/CANARA/ICICI BANK): 16th May 2015

Examination Schedule
National Eligibility Test (NET) 28th June, 2015 (SUNDAY)

Session Paper Marks Number of Question Duration
First I 100 60 out of which 50 question to be attempted
1ľ Hours (09:30 A.M. to 10:45 A.M.) IST

Second II 100 50 questions all are compulsory
1ľ Hours (11:15 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.) IST

Third III 150 75 questions all are compulsory
2Ĺ Hours (02:00 P.M. to 04:30 P.M.) IST
