Am I eligible for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana as I am a mathematics student………???

Yes of course you can apply for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana as the mathematics students are permitted to write this test. The basic eligibility criteria are as following:

Eligibility:

For Stream SA:
The applicant should have completed Class XI in science and must have secured a minimum of 80% in aggregate in Mathematics and Science in Class X board exams (70% for SC/ST/PH).

For Stream SX:

You should have completed 12th and secured a minimum of 80% in aggregate in Mathematics and Science in Class X board exams (70% for SC/ST/PH)

For Stream SB:
Candidates must have enrolled in the first year of study in basic sciences undergraduate studies in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. and must have secured a minimum of 60% in Maths & Science Subjects Class XII board exams (50% for SC/ST/PH)

MPC Students are eligible to exam of Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana.

Eligibility criteria:

Nationality:

Indian Nationals

For Stream SA:

Candidate who enrolled in XI Standard (Science Subjects) and having secured a minimum of 80% (70% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects in the X Standard Board examination eligible.

For Stream SX:
Candidate who enrolled in XII Standard/ (+2) (Science subjects) secured a minimum of 80% (70% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in MATHEMATICS and SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) in the X Standard Board Examination and a minimum of 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in SCIENCE subjects in the XII standard Board Examination


For Stream SB:

Candidate who enrolled in the 1st year of undergraduate program in Basic Sciences namely Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics & Biology leading to B.Sc./B.S./B.Stat./B.Math./Int. M.Sc./M.S. secured a minimum of 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in aggregate in SCIENCE subjects (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Mathematics) in the XII Standard Board Examination.

In the 1st year final examination of B.Sc./B.S./B.Math./B.Stat./Int. M.Sc./M.S. they must secure 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD) marks.
