Guys, can you tell me the eligibility criteria for the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE)???

The All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) is an entrance test for admission in to Engineering and Architecture or Planning programmes at the undergraduate level. It is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Following are the eligibility details of this test:

Eligibility:
The candidates must have passed Class XII or its equivalent exam from a recognized board in India with 50% marks for general category and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/PH category students.

Since April 2013, it was replaced by Joint Entrance Examination.

As you want to get information about Eligibility of AIEEE so from 2013 AIEEE has replaced with IIT JEE entrance exam so here I am giving you information about IIT JEE Exam.

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants must have studied Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Applicants must have studied any one of the subjects as optional subjects Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, and Biology.

Applicants must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in total including all subjects.

Number of Allowed attempts:
A maximum number of three attempts will be allowed per candidate.

Exam Pattern:
Duration of exam is 3 hours (180 minutes)

The question paper consists of 90 questions.

The JEE Main question paper consists of 90 questions.

The maximum marks are 360.

There is only one correct response for each question.

Filling up more than one response in any question will be treated as wrong response and marks for wrong response will be deducted.
