You can file/ lodge Complaint at the following link. To lodge Complaint you have to fill Complaining Person's Details and Grievance Location and at lat click on Submit Grievance option.

unauthorised cell phone towers, is being erected at H.No.1-1-336/71, Chikkedpally, Hyderabad-500 020.,
in residencial area which would case lot of radiation, and health problems.
we request you to stop the same, and also illgal constructionm has taken place in this house they have not left any set backs at all.

Sir We live in the house 6-1-103/20 Padmaraonagar. Just by the side of our house plot No21 a huge mansion is built totally renovating the old house. Now the foot path is being covered with iron gates Even on the left side of our house the owner of plot No 19 also covered the foot path long back. Is there any plicy decision taken to convert all foot paths into garden Where is the place for us to walk on the Road? In our road every minute 30 vehicles pass through. This roads leads to Skandagiri temple. Lorries buses cars two wheelers etc pass on the road.We are not able to cross to the opposite side.If you cannot stop such illegal acts we will take the matter to the appropriate Forum. We are lawyers senior citizens living in our house since 1985. Our right to live peacefully and walk on the road is badly effected. C.Jayashree sarathy 6-1-103/20. I wish to submit that in response to the written complaint by the residents of the MNK Vittal Central Court apartment, Premises No. 6-2-97 to 100, New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad, Dt. 20-04-2015, Sri, K. Srinivasa Rao, Assistant City Planner, Circle No. 18, GHMC, Secunderabad along with his team has inspected the above said premises.
It was found that the Tot lot area in the apartment has been converted into two shuttle courts. It was also observed that one office room and toilets have also been constructed in the stilt floor parking area and the same are in gross violation of rules and permission issued in respect of the said apartment vide Permit No.176/12, Dt. 15-12-2007 in File No. 313/CSC/ TP7/2006.
In view of the above, the Assistant City Planner had directed the President / Secretary of the MNK Vittal Central Court association to remove the erected shuttle courts and to restore the Tot lot area and to remove the constructed office room and toilets in the stilt floor to restore the parking area within one week failing which further action will be initiated as per the provisions of the GHMC Act 1956. Please vide reference 3rd cited above.
It is submitted that MNK Vittal Central Court apartment is a residential apartment having 90 flats built by contractors belonging to Andhra region. With pain and grief, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the Assistant City Planner, Circle No. 18, GHMC, Secunderabad who had issued the notice cited in the reference 3rd above did not initiate any action as per the provisions of the GHMC Act 1956 for the reasons not known to us !!!. Meanwhile, there had been further violations of the GHMC sanctioned plan and several unauthorised constructions such as fixing up of grills in the common areas / corridors, unauthorised renovations of the flats have taken place in the apartment.
Further, recently four flood lights have been fixed in the centre of the apartment in the shuttle court which are emitting heavy light like in big function halls and disturbing the vision of the people moving in the corridors. Menace of the shuttle cock play, nuisance and noise pollution with the shuttle courts is increasing day by day. Erection of shuttle courts in the Tot lot area is depriving the children and unauthorised constructions in the stilt floor are depriving the vehicle parking facility in the apartment.
Of late, it is also known that this apartment was built encroaching the public road. Please vide the News paper clipping attached herewith. It is also known that the flat owners welfare association existing here is illegal. It is not elected according to the bye-laws of the association.
Under these circumstances, I request you to take appropriate action to remove the shuttle courts along with the poles and flood lights and restore the Tot lot area and the parking area by removing the unauthorised constructions/ illegal encroachments built in violation of the GHMC sanctioned plan Permit No.176/12, Dt. 15-12-2007 in File No. 313/CSC/TP7/2006.in the MNK Vittal Central Court apartment at the earliest.
