National open school admission

Hello sir, I want to take admission in National open school for 12th class? So please tell me what is the mode of the examination? Also tell me what is the registration fee for 12th class? What documents should be attached with the application form?

The admission in 12th class will be online through on demand examination.

Tentative Dates:
Availability of application forms: In the month of August, 2012


Registration Fee: Rs/- 250
Exam Fee: Rs. 200/- per subject for Theory, Additional Rs. 50/-for Practical per subject

Documents:
Attested copy of the Certificate Of Matriculation/Secondary Examination having a record of the Date of Birth. (No Other proof of age will be accepted for Sr. Secondary admission)
If passed Class XII, then attested copy of the Marksheet/Certificate of Class XII, ELSE
Original failure/compartment Marksheet of class XII for TOC

sir/madam, i have passed my sr. sec.exam with PCB in 2011 & i want to do sr sec. in commerce.can i do it ?what is last date & reg. fee for this?
