Default Tips to lose weight

Hi All,
Some effective tips to lose weight:
Do start some exercise, sport or any physical activity. Break your meal in 5 small meals including snacks and drink 12/15 glasses of water every day. Prefer raw food over processed food, drink green tea and avoid beverages, soda and diet soda. Eat slowly and chew food well.

With fad diets and fitness routines round every corner, it is quite difficult to keep a tab on which weight loss tips really do work and which don't.

Exercising and dieting are the most effective ways to lose the weight successfully without any adverse effects.
Do regular exercise specially cardio and abs etc. and take organic foods to control your weight and keep in within a healthy limit.

3. go for walk mor or eve
4. control your diet
5. prevent to eat some markets things

Eat more vegetables and fruits. Cut down on meats and exercise, exercise, exercise!
