I think you should not drink any water with lemon when you have not eaten anything in the morning.

Well eating habit , sleeping habits , pattern of food consumption , and daily walk/jogging/running or exercise or yoga or what ever you can handle or do HELPS !!! Start will be slow and low , but at least its a start and it will help
