Hi All,
Swimming is great exercise to reduce weight and burns fats and calories. Swimming strengthens our heart and lungs and improves muscle strength, flexibility and balance. Swimming increase energy levels and great to deal joint and muscular problems. Swimming makes hips, shoulders, arms and back muscles strong.

Builds cardio ability. Tones muscles. Lengthens the look of muscles. Great way to exercise without putting strain on joints like running can for some.

Swimming is the best cardio exercise work out. It is a organic way of quality.
I get up starting in the starting morning and do swimming.According to me that
swimming is the best way for keep actual fitness and reduce the extra body weight....
