Advertisement for recruitment in territorial army

Sir,
Kindly let me know when shall the advertisement for recruitment in territorial army 2012 will come out.
In 2011 I have applied but my admit card reached very late as a result I could not compete. kindly guide me regarding the problem i have faced.
If I apply in 2012 will the medical certificate of 2011 that i have taken out be placed.

Eligibility :
The candidate should have done graduation in any discipline from recognized university . The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 42 years .

Height : 160cm
Chest : 77cm
Weight: 50 Kg

Selection : Selected candidates will be called for screening test .

Last date to apply : 31st Dec , 2011

I am planning for upcoming 2013 TA examination, please let me know the date on which govt will advertise for it and what will be the last date for form submission and how much it will take to get roll number from their side?
Is their any offical contact number /email id on which i can get more clarifications regarding form submission?
