Hi All,
Vegetables are great for health and effective to reduce weight. Vegetables prevent from certain types of cancer, diabetes, asthma, coughs, common colds and flu. Vegetables maintain blood pressure and strengthens the bones.

Healthy eating has its own benefits it is good for body, health and mind. Parents must encourage healthy eating habits in their kids they must fill their diets with required amounts of proteins, minerals and vitamins.

Yes vegetables specially green vegetables are highly beneficial for health that is why most of the doctors recommend you to eat them. They have anti oxidants which helps you stay fit and prevents aging.
