Hi All,
Some fitness tips to stay healthy and active.
Work out regularly and ry new exercises to avoid routine exercises. Increase water intake and have a balanced diet. Create a healthy environment around
you and stay close to the people who motivates you. Avoid alcohol, smoking and other stimulants and take proper sleep.

Yoga has said to be a great exercise for whole body. Yoga has enormous benefits. So, i think you should try Yoga.

Do as much walking as you can, or purchase a stationery cycle or a home rowing machine.
As you run your own business from home it will give you time to use the equipment.

What is your age? because growth in height depends on the age, because after 20 to 24 it is something like impossible by exercise and diet
